1. Nature of the service

• The site helps organize motorcycle, mileage, symptom, request, and attachment-preparation details and generates a summary for official LINE.
• It is not a booking, ordering, shopping, payment, quotation-acceptance, insurance-claim, or repair-contract platform.
• Online guidance is for preliminary communication only and does not confirm diagnosis, work acceptance, a reserved time, or price.

2. Confirmation of actual services

Repairs, maintenance, upgrades, inspections, accident assistance, parts, prices, schedules, and visit arrangements are governed by what Qilian Motor confirms through official LINE, telephone, writing, or in person.

Vehicle conditions may change after physical inspection, disassembly, parts availability, or other factors. Online descriptions and media do not replace an in-person diagnosis.

3. User responsibilities

• Provide truthful, complete, and relevant information. Do not impersonate others or submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or inappropriate content.
• If a vehicle may be unsafe due to warning lights, unusual noise, leaks, an accident, or loss of safe operation, stop riding and seek roadside, police, insurance, or professional assistance as appropriate.
• Keep your own copies of important chats, photos, videos, and documents. The site does not promise permanent storage of workflow drafts.
• Administrator accounts are restricted to authorized personnel. Do not share passwords, credentials, or binding codes.

4. Photos, videos, and LINE

The file selector only helps organize file names and preparation status. Media is not uploaded to this website. Once you send it through LINE, it is handled by LINE and the conversation participants under their rules.

Do not send unrelated sensitive data, another person's personal data, payment-card information, passwords, or unlawful content.

5. Third-party services

The site may link to LINE, Facebook, Google Maps, and other services. Their availability, content, accounts, data handling, and transactions are controlled by their operators.

External links are provided for convenience and are not a warranty of third-party content, goods, or services.

6. Intellectual property

The brand, text, layouts, graphics, workflows, code, and other site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized bulk copying, modification, scraping, resale, brand impersonation, or interference is prohibited.

You retain rights in your content, while granting us permission to use it as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain security, and resolve disputes.

7. Availability and changes

We use reasonable efforts to maintain the site, but features may be delayed, changed, or unavailable due to maintenance, faults, third-party services, networks, security events, or circumstances beyond control.

We may update workflows, discontinue features, or revise these terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from inaccurate user information, continued unsafe riding, third-party outages, device or network problems, unauthorized access, or events outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or improperly reduces mandatory consumer rights.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution. Mandatory jurisdiction rules apply; otherwise, the Taiwan Taipei District Court will be the court of first instance.
